摘要 针对江苏同期线损"全覆盖、全采集、全平衡"的建设目标,设计了以变电站电量采集系统数据为计算电量不平衡率主要依据的电能量平衡监测方法,并基于上述方法,采用数据融合、电能量平衡研判与不平衡原因智能诊断、省级变电站电能量平衡协同运维管控工单等技术,实现了电能量平衡监测与管控系统。所介绍内容已经在江苏投入运行使用,助力实现了变电站电能量平衡的大幅有效治理,具有重要借鉴价值。 According to construction objective of full coverage, full collection and full balance of synchronous line loss in Jiangsu, this paper designs a monitoring method for electric energy balance based on the data of power collection system of substation. Based on the above methods, the monitoring and control system of electric energy balance is realized by adopting the techniques of data fusion, electric energy balance calculation and intelligent diagnosis of unbalanced electric energy, centralized monitoring and coordinated operation of electric energy balance in substation of Jiangsu Province, etc. The introduced content has been put into operation in Jiangsu Province and has realized the effective management of substation electric energy balance. It has important reference value.
