摘要
文章采用目的性抽样和方便抽样,选取H市公立与私立各一所幼儿园为研究对象,采用问卷法和深度访谈法试图展现后疫情时代线上家园共育实施的现状与问题。研究发现,线上家园共育实施现状是:共育方式以一种大众通信工具为主;共育内容通知类偏多;共育效果一般;家园角色定位分别是接受者和主导者;教师有一定的共育平台管理意识。在此基础上总结存在的问题有:共育方式使用程度低;共育内容重灌输轻整合;共育缺乏有效互动;共育平台管理不科学。建议:鼓励线上家园共育方式多样化;建立需求思维和内容集成模式;发展线上家园一体化互动机制;健全线上家园共育平台管理体系。
The present study used purposive and convenient sampling,selected a public Kindergarten and a private kindergarten in H city as the research object,and used questionnaire and in-depth interview methods to exhibit the current situation and problems of the online family-kindergarten co-education implementation in the post-epidemic era.The findings show that the way of co-education is based on a mass communication tool,more notices are the co-education contents,co-education efficiency is general,the role orientation of family and kindergarten is the recipients and the dominant power respectively,and that teachers have a certain management awareness of co-education platform.The problems from the findings also demonstrate that the degree of using co-education methods is low,co-education content is heavy-indoctrination and light-integration,co-education lacks effective interaction,and the management of co-education platform is unscientific.Therefore,it is recommended that the diversification of using online family-kindergarten co-education should be encouraged,demand thinking and content integration model should be established,online family-kindergarten interactive mechanism should developed and that the management system of online family-kindergarten co-education platform should be improved.
