摘要
在分析原铁路货运电子商务系统技术构架和服务功能等不足的基础上,提出采用集中式部署架构,依托云原生、微服务技术体系进行新版铁路货运电子商务系统(95306)构建的思路,研发建设铁路货运领域的大型综合服务应用。设计提出了货运95306系统的部署架构、双活方案、总体结构、技术结构、网络结构,对系统使用的集中部署、云计算、微服务、大数据、电子签名等关键技术进行分析,对系统所实现的业务创新和服务功能进行说明,对系统取得的建设应用效果进行总结。货运95306系统于2021年底完成全路推广实施,实现了客户全流程业务不见面办理,在提升客户服务质量、降低社会物流成本、提升95306品牌价值等方面具有重要意义。
By analyzing the deficiencies of the original Railway Freight E-Business System in terms of the technical framework and service functions,this paper proposed a centralized deployment architecture.The idea of using cloud native and the micro-service technology system to build the new Railway Freight E-Business System(95306) was employed to develop the large-scale comprehensive service application in railway freight.This paper designed and proposed the deployment architecture,dual active scheme,overall structure,technical architecture,and network architecture of the 95306 system and analyzed the key technologies used in the system,such as centralized deployment,cloud computing,micro-service,big data,and electronic signature.In addition,it explained the business innovation and service functions realized by the system and summarized the construction and application effects of the system.The 95306 system has been popularized and implemented by the end of 2021.With this system,the whole process of customer business can be handled without a face-to-face meeting.It is of great significance for improving customer service quality,reducing social logistics costs,and enhancing 95306 brand value.
