摘要
目的分析改良早期预警评分(MEWS)联合结构化创伤团队护理在多发性创伤患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2021年12月南京鼓楼医院集团宿迁医院收治的84例多发性创伤患者的一般资料,根据入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组。对照组42例患者(入院时间为2020年1~12月)施以常规急救护理模式,观察组42例患者(入院时间为2021年1~12月)施以MEWS评分联合结构化创伤团队护理。比较2组的抢救成功率、抢救时效、不同时间体温变化情况和护理过程中不良事件发生情况。结果观察组的抢救成功率为95.24%,高于对照组的80.95%(P<0.05)。观察组急救到达时间、患者静脉通道建立时间、入院后至标本送检时间、入院后至影像学检查时间、气道管理时间和进行手术时间6项抢救时效指标时间均较对照组更短(P均<0.05)。入急诊科时、入急诊科1 h后,观察组多发性创伤患者的体温均高于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的护理过程中不良事件发生率为7.14%,低于对照组的23.81%(P<0.05)。结论对多发性创伤患者实施MEWS评分联合结构化创伤团队护理干预,可提高其抢救成功率、抢救时效与复温效果,减少护理过程中不良事件的发生。
Objective To analyze the application effect of Modified Early Warning Score(MEWS)combined with structured trauma team nursing in patients with multiple trauma.Methods The general data of 84 multiple trauma patients admitted to Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital Group Suqian Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.They were allocated into a control group and an observation group according to the order of admission.The 42 patients in the control group(admitted from January to December 2020)were given routine emergency nursing,while the 42 patients in the observation group(admitted from January to December 2021)were given MEWS combined with structured trauma team nursing.The rescue success rate,rescue effectiveness,body temperature changes at different time points,and adverse events during nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The rescue success rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 80.95%of the control group(P<0.05).The team arrival time,venous access establishment time,time from admission to sample submission,time from admission to imaging examination,airway management time,and operation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The body temperature of multiple trauma patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group when they entered the emergency department and 1 hr after they entered the emergency department(both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 7.14%,which was lower than 23.81%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of MEWS combined with structured trauma team nursing in patients with multiple trauma can improve their rescue success rate,rescue effectiveness,and rewarming effect,and reduce the adverse events during nursing.
