摘要
目的探讨早期预警评分联合创伤严重程度(CRAMS)评分在多发性创伤急救护理中的应用价值。方法选取2017年12月至2018年12月收治的50例急诊多发性创伤患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组实施CRAMS评估急救护理,研究组实施基于早期预警评分联合CRAMS评分的急救护理,比较两组患者接受不同评估系统下的急诊抢救时间、抢救成功率。结果研究组急诊抢救时间明显短于对照组,研究组的抢救成功率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对急诊多发性创伤,应用早期预警评分联合CRAMS评分系统,可增强对病情的评估能力,提高护理措施针对性,进而缩短抢救时间,提高抢救成功率。
Objective To explore the application value of early warning score combined with trauma severity of circulation,respiration,abdomen,motor,and speech(CRAMS)score in nursing of emergency patients with multiple trauma.Methods To select 50 cases of emergency patients with multiple trauma admitted from December 2017 to December 2018 as a study object,and they were randomly divided into a study group and a control group.The control group was implemented with evaluating emergency care of CRAMS.The study group was implemented based on early warning scores combined with emergency care of CRAMS score.The emergency rescue time and rescue success rate of patients were compared between the two groups under different assessment systems.Results The emergency rescue time in the study group was obviously shorter than that in the control group,and the rescue success rate in the study group was obviously higher than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For emergency multiple trauma,the application of early warning score combined with CRAMS scoring system could enhance the ability to assess the condition,improve the targeted care measures,and then shorten the rescue time and improve the success rate of rescue.
