摘要
目的探讨一体化多功能急救箱在快速反应小组(RRT)中的应用价值。方法将2020年6月至11月赣州市立医院收治的21例危重症患者设为对照组,2020年12月至2021年5月收治的21例危重症患者设为研究组。研究组与对照组均采用RRT干预,对照组出诊采用常规方法,研究组出诊使用一体化多功能急救箱。比较两组的急救用物准备时间、抢救成功率、抢救用物使用满意度及抢救物品药品缺陷率。结果研究组的急救用物准备时间短于对照组,抢救成功率(95.24%)高于对照组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的抢救用物使用满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组的抢救物品药品缺陷率低于对照组(19.05%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一体化多功能急救箱在RRT中具有较高的应用价值,可缩短急救用物准备时间,减少抢救物品药品缺陷,利于提升抢救成功率。
Objective To explore the application value of integrated multifunctional first aid kit in rapid response team(RRT).Methods A total of 21 critically ill patients in Ganzhou Municipal Hospital from June to November 2020 were selected as the control group,and 21 critically ill patients from December 2020 to may 2021 were selected as the study group.The study group and the control group were intervened by RRT,but the control group used the conventional method,and the study group used the integrated multifunctional first aid box.The preparation time,success rate,satisfaction degree and defect rate of emergency products were compared between the two groups.Results The preparation time of first-aid materials in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the success rate of rescue(95.24%)was higher than that in the control group(71.43%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the satisfaction of the use of salvage products between the two groups(P>0.05).The defect rate of rescue items in the study group was lower than that in the control group(19.05%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated multifunctional first-aid kit has a high application value in RRT,which can shorten the preparation time of first-aid items,reduce the defect of rescuing items and drugs,and improve the success rate of rescue.
