摘要
目的評價多釘内固定治療股骨頸骨折的療效。方法回顧性分析63例股骨頸骨折患者行多釘内固定術,對其手術後的功能情況進行觀察。結果隨訪6個月~5年,全部患者沒有傷口感染,有8例患者失訪,其他患者均在3~6個月後復查X片可見骨痂生長。結論閉合復位中空釘内固定治療股骨頸骨折是一種簡單有效且功能恢復較快的方法。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of internal fixation with hollow nails in the treatment of femoral and neck fracture.Methods Sixty-three patients with senile femoral and neck fracture who underwent fixation with hollow nails were analyzed retrospectively,and the function before and after surgery were observed.Results Postoperative follow-up for 0.5-5 years,there were no cases of wound infection.There were 8 patients who lost from follow up,with the remaining patients found to have osteotylus through X-ray in 3-6 months.Conclusion The method of internal fixation with hollow nails is simple and effective in the treatment of femoral neck fracture,and can facilitate early functional recovery.
