螺旋分选机分选工艺参数研究

摘要 为了提升螺旋分选机分选效率,利用数值模拟软件对其分选机理进行分析,发现在轴向上,随着螺旋分选机的高度逐步降低,轴向速度呈现逐步增大趋势,整体压力逐步增大;而在径向上,随着分选机的高度降低,外侧流速增大,整体压力逐步增大,同截面在槽体上部出现流速的最大值。同时通过对比不同密度颗粒分选效果,发现低密度颗粒的分选回转半径会高于高密度颗粒,所以最终出现高密度颗粒在排出过程中更接近槽底排出口现象。该研究成果可为选煤厂降本增效提供一定的参考。 In order to improve the sorting efficiency of the spiral sorter,the sorting mechanism is analyzed by using the numerical simulation software.It is found that in the axial direction,with the gradual decrease of the height of the spiral sorter,the axial speed shows a gradual increase trend,and the overall pressure gradually increases.In the radial direction,with the decrease of the height of the sorter,the outer flow rate increases,the overall pressure gradually increases,and the maximum flow rate appears in the upper part of the tank in the same section.At the same time,by comparing the separation effects of particles with different densities,it is found that the separation radius of low-density particles will be higher than that of high-density particles,so the high-density particles will be closer to the bottom discharge outlet in the discharge process.It provides a certain reference for reducing cost and increasing efficiency in coal preparation plant.
