摘要
为获得能够满足球囊成型条件的球囊型坯,引入正交试验方法对塑料球囊型坯制备设备不同参数进行球囊型坯制备正交试验方案设计;再以聚氨基甲酸酯材料管为原料管,按球囊型坯制备正交试验方案在球囊型坯制备设备上制备球囊型坯;以球囊型坯实物长度为考量指标,对球囊型坯实物进行测量,通过对比球囊型坯实物长度与球囊模具型腔长度,并借助极差分析,获得满足球囊成型条件的型坯制备参数组合为:左/右拉伸比率均为1300%,左/右拉伸速度均为90%,回退比率为2%,型坯预置长度为2 mm,加热温度为165℃,预拉长度为1 mm,左加热时间为60 s,右加热时间为70 s。
To get the balloon parison that can meet the needs of balloon molding, the orthogonal test method is introduced to design the orthogonal test scheme for the preparation of balloon parison with different controlled parameters of the preparation equipment. Then the balloon parison is prepared as schemed with the polyurethane material tube as the raw material tube. Taking the length of balloon parison as the indicator, the length of balloon parison is measured. By comparing the physical length of plastic balloon parison with the length of balloon mold cavity, and by range analysis, the combination of preparation parameters for the balloon parison satisfying the conditions of balloon molding is obtained as follows: the left/right stretching ratio is 1300%, and the left/right stretching speed is 90%, the contracting ratio is 2%, the presetting length of parison is 2 mm, the heating temperature is 165℃, the prestretching length is 1mm, the left heating time is 60 s, and the right heating time is 70 s.
