南疆黑木耳种质资源与营养品质分析 被引量:2

Analysis on germplasm resources and nutritional quality of Auricularia auricula in southern Xinjiang

摘要 选用9个新疆南疆地区(简称南疆)主栽与1个云南主栽和2个吉林主栽的黑木耳品种为试材,首先,通过菌株亲和性实验和rDNA-ITS鉴定的方法,分析3个地区黑木耳栽培种的遗传多样性;其次,选用新疆南疆地区与云南和吉林亲缘关系较近的黑木耳品种为试材比较营养成分、矿物质和重金属的质量分数。实验结果表明:南疆地区黑木耳菌株间的亲缘关系较近,同名异物现象普遍;新疆南疆地区与云南和吉林黑木耳中的脂肪、蛋白质和总糖无显著性差异(P<0.05),南疆黑木耳中的铁、钙质量分数分别为449.67,8 453.33 mg/kg,显著高于吉林黑木耳中的铁、钙质量分数293.67,5 044.00 mg/kg,高于云南黑木耳中的铁、钙质量分数106.67,4 767.67 mg/kg(P<0.05),南疆黑木耳营养品质良好,具有一定的市场价值。 9 Auricularia auricula cultivar in southern Xinjiang(referred to as Nanjiang), 1 main Auricularia auricula cultivar in Yunnan and 2 main Auricularia auricula cultivar in Jilin were selected as the test materials for analysis. Firstly, the genetic diversity of the Auricularia auricula cultivars in three regions were analyzed by strain compatibility experiments and rDNA-ITS identification methods. Furthermore, the fungus species with close genetic relationship in southern Xinjiang, Yunnan and Jilin regions were selected as the test materials to compare the mass fractions of nutrients, minerals and heavy metals. The results showed that the genetic relationship between the Auricularia auricula strains in Nanjiang was relatively close, and the phenomenon of homonyms was common. There was no significant difference in fat, protein and total sugar in the Auricularia auricula in southern Xinjiang, Yunnan and Jilin(P<0.05). The mass fractions of iron and calcium in Auricularia auricula in Nanjiang were 449.67 mg/kg and 8 453.33 mg/kg, which were significantly higher than those in Jilin Auricularia auricula 293.67 mg/kg and 5 044.00 mg/kg, and higher than those in Yunnan Auricularia auricula 106.67 mg/kg and 4 767.67 mg/kg(P<0.05). The nutritional quality of Auricularia auricula in Nanjiang was good and had a certain market value.
