摘要
本文报导了对黄伞菌进行人工训化和栽培的研究结果:采集黄伞菌子实体,通过组织分离,获得菌种,进行人工训化和栽培试验,得出菌丝最适温度及子实体产生和生长的最适温度,筛选出原种和栽培种培养基的最佳配方,并做了袋栽和压块栽培试验,后者产量高于前者。
This paper covers the research results of domesticating artificially and planting wild Pholiota adiposa. Fungus species are gained by collecting pholiota adiposa carposporophyte and separating tissues. The optimum temperature for the growth of hyphae and the emergence of carposporophyte and its growth is obtained through artificial domestication and planting. The medium optimum ingredients are cultivated by choosing the ariginal and planting species, making the planting test in bogs and pressing lumps. As a sesuet, the cutput of the latter is higher that of the farmer
