摘要
对高温燃烧红外光谱法测定过磷酸钙中总硫含量进行了探讨,并与传统重量法进行了比较。高温燃烧红外光谱法与重量法测定结果有很好的一致性,对4种不同等级的过磷酸钙样品测定的相对标准偏差范围为0.55%~0.79%,得到了良好的精密度和准确度。该方法自动化程度高,引入误差环节少,节省时间,试剂污染少,可作为过磷酸钙中总硫含量测定方法使用。
The determination of total sulfur content in calcium superphosphate by high-temperature combustion infrared spectrometry was discussed and compared with the traditional gravimetric method. The high-temperature combustion infrared spectroscopy and gravimetric determination results have good consistency,and the relative standard deviation range for the determination of 4 different grades of calcium superphosphate samples is 0.55%-0.79%,which obtains good precision and accuracy. This method has a high degree of automation,less error links,saves time,less reagent contamination,and can be used as a method for determining the total sulfur content in calcium superphosphate.
