摘要
提出了一种核磁共振氢谱外标法快速测定氘代试剂中残留1H的方法,采用内标法标定氘代氯仿对照品,得到氘代氯仿对照品的氘代率,以此对照品作为外标,测定氘代试剂样品氢谱,通过分析残留1H积分面积比值计算氘代试剂样品的氘代率。结果表明,氘代氯仿中残留氯仿浓度与其1H信号积分面积线性关系良好,方法可用于实际样品测定。
A method for the rapid determination of residual ^(1)H in deuterated reagents by ^(1)H nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) spectroscopy with external standards was proposed. Deuterated chloroform reference was calibrated by internal standard method to obtain the deuteration ratio. Taking this reference as an external standard, the ^(1)H spectrum of deuterated reagent sample was determined, and the deuteration ratios of deuterated reagent samples were calculated by analyzing the integral area ratio of residual ^(1)H. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the residual chloroform concentration in deuterated chloroform and its ^(1)H signal integral area. The established method can be applied to the actual sample determination.
