摘要
2008年WHO淋巴造血系統腫瘤分類第四版中增加了灰區淋巴瘤(Grey Zone Lymphoma,GZL)內容。包括介於彌漫大B淋巴瘤(Diffuse large B cell lymphoma,DLBCL)與伯基特淋巴瘤(Burkitt's lymphoma,BL)之間未分類B細胞淋巴瘤(B-cell lymphoma,unclassifiable,with features intermediate Between diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and Burkitt lymphoma)和介於彌漫大B淋巴瘤(DLBCL)與經典霍奇金淋巴瘤(CHL)之間未分類B細胞淋巴瘤(B-cell lymphoma,unclassifiable,with features intermediate Between diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and classical Hodgkin lymphoma)[1,6]。
