摘要
推进长三角一体化发展,以城市群、都市圈为依托构建大中小城市协调发展格局,是党的二十大报告中提出的重要决策。在此背景下,合肥都市圈作为长三角城市群的重要组成部分,如何实现高质量发展成为当前各级政府关注的重要问题。本文梳理合肥都市圈的概况、发展历程和机遇,分析合肥都市圈发展的影响因素,从加强顶层设计、建设统一市场体系、注重生态环境保护、健全公共服务体系、促进文化传承交融等方面,提出长三角一体化背景下合肥都市圈高质量发展路径,以期为国内其他都市圈的发展提供参考和借鉴。
To promote the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta and build a coordinated development pattern of large, medium and small cities based on urban agglomeration and metropolitan area is an important decision put forward in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. In this context, as an important part of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, how to achieve high-quality development of Hefei metropolitan area has become an important concern to governments at all levels. This paper summarizes the general situation, development history and opportunities of Hefei metropolitan area, analyzes the influencing factors of the Hefei metropolitan development, and puts forward the high-quality development path of Hefei metropolitan area under the background of Yangtze River Delta integration from the aspects of strengthening top-level design, building a unified market system, emphasizing ecological environment protection, improving public service system, promoting cultural inheritance and integration, in order to provide reference for the development of other domestic metropolitan areas.
