摘要
同城化是提高都市圈竞争力与辐射力、实现区域经济高质量发展的重要路径。从空间联系、人口流动、市场一体化以及产业结构四个维度对武汉城市圈同城化发展进行测度与评价,得到如下结论:武汉城市圈内已形成“一主核、两圈层、三组团”的空间联系格局;人口流动规模武汉“一城独大”,鄂州、黄石和黄冈三市之间人口迁徙强度较大,而孝感、咸宁、天门、仙桃、潜江等市迁徙强度较小;市场一体化方面,一体化程度总体有所提高,但不同行业领域发展不平衡问题突出;产业协调方面,产业协调程度整体有待提升。最后从合作机制、武鄂同城先行、创新驱动和民生同保四个方面提出对策建议。
Co-urbanization is the only way to improve the competitiveness and radiation of urban agglomerations,and to achieve high-quality regional economic development.This article measures and evaluates the development of the Wuhan urban agglomeration from the four dimensions of spatial connection,population flow,market integration,and industrial structure.Conclusions are obtained:(1)The counties in the Wuhan urban circle have formed a spatial connection pattern of“one main core,two circles,and three groups”.(2)The scale of population movement from Wuhan is“the largest city in one city”,and the other 8 cities are similar.(3)In terms of market integration,since the Wuhan City Circle was proposed and constructed,the overall degree of integration has increased,but the problem of uneven development in different industries has been prominent.(4)In terms of industrial coordination,the overall industrial coordination degree of Wuhan City Circle needs to be improved.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the four aspects of cooperation mechanism,Wu’e city first,innovation drive,and improve the regional equalization of people’s livelihoodw.
