摘要
当前,我国公共突发事件时有发生。提高应对突发事件的组织指挥能力和应急处置能力,显得尤为重要。移动指挥平台作为处突现场的指挥中心,起着现场指挥调度、信息采集回传、指挥和决策指令接收的重要作用。对此,提出一种应急移动指挥平台的设计思路,并对该平台的组成、功能和应用场景进行介绍。
At present, public emergencies occur from time to time in China, and it is particularly important to improve the organizational command ability and emergency handling ability to deal with emergencies. As the command center of the scene of the emergency,the mobile command platform plays an important role in on-site command and scheduling, information collection and transmission,command and decision-making instruction reception. The author of this paper puts forward a design idea of emergency mobile command platform, and introduces the composition, function and application scenarios of the platform.
