摘要
针对深大基坑复杂地层中地下截渗墙施工难度较大的问题,对传统深层搅拌技术进行改进,与双轮铣槽机结合进行施工,形成了双轮铣削截渗墙施工技术,在引江济淮泵站工程深基坑围护防渗施工中应用,取得了良好的防渗效果。双轮铣削截渗墙施工过程环境影响小,无泥浆排放,且截渗墙墙体均匀密实、幅间完全铣削连接、接合面无冷缝、整体性强,截渗墙防渗性能好,具有较大的推广应用价值。
Aiming at the construction difficulty of underground cutoff wall in the complex stratum of deep foundation pit, the traditional deep mixing technology was improved and combined with the double wheel trench cutters to form the construction technology of double wheel milling cutoff wall, which has been applied in the anti-seepage construction of the deep foundation pit of the Yangtze River to Huaihe River pumping station and bridge engineering, and has achieved a good anti-seepage effect. The construction process of double wheel milling cutoff wall has little environmental impact with no mud discharge. And the cutoff wall is uniform and dense, with complete milling connection between the sheets, no cold joint on the joint surface, and strong integrity. The cut-off wall has good anti-seepage performance,which has great popularization and application value.
