淤泥覆盖下高强度硬岩地下连续墙成槽技术研究 被引量:8

摘要 广州地铁18号线横沥至番禺广场站区间中段风井工程地表存在较厚的淤泥及淤泥质土,下部覆盖高强度硬岩,强度高达114 MPa。为解决淤泥覆盖下高强度硬岩条件下地连墙成槽作业难题,本文提出4种适合深厚淤泥覆盖下高强度硬岩复杂地质条件的施工方案,通过对比不同设备组合在该地质条件下的成槽效率和成本分析,提出合适的施工工艺及设备组合,可为类似工程提供参考。 There is a thick layer of silt and silty soil on the surface of the middle air shaft project between Hengli and Panyu square stations of Guangzhou Metro Line 18,and the lower portion is covered with hard rock with strength of up to 114 MPa.In order to address the problem of diaphragm wall trenching operation in hard rock under silt cover,this paper proposes four construction plans suitable for the complex geological conditions of high strength hard rock under a deep silt cover,and by comparing their trenching efficiency and performing cost analysis of different equipment combinations under the specific geological conditions,the suitable construction technology and equipment combinations are obtained,providing reference for similar projects.
