数字化转型和智能化升级:“互联网+”新型大学建设研究

摘要 为实现新时代高质量发展,广州开放大学围绕数字化转型和智能化升级,持续进行了新理论、新机制、新场景和新技术的创新实践。文章总结归纳了广州开放大学构建“互联网+”新型大学的生态特征、框架蓝图,即构建“互联网+”新型大学生态的总体目标定位和一体化发展战略,以新技术赋能搭建“一个平台、五个中心、三驾马车”的基本框架;并提出应遵循需求导向、顶层设计、协同生态、循序渐进的基本原则。第一阶段,以数字化转型为动力,推动多元机构的开放生态融合、协同服务,实现“大规模、低成本、高效率”的基本学习需求覆盖。重点通过“工、农、师、长”四项教育载体实践,转型升级呈现“减负、增效、提质、创新”的特点;第二阶段,以智能化升级为抓手,驱动多元平台的智慧功能统整、精准教学,致力于“人本化、精准化、高质量”的优质学习服务供给,积极构建“互联网+”新型开放大学。 To achieve high-quality development in the new era,Guangzhou Open University has innovated new theories,mechanisms,scenarios and technologies aiming at digital transformation and intelligent upgrade,and clearly put forward the overall goal and the integrated development strategy of building an“Internet plus”new university ecology and the basic framework of“one platform,five centers and three carriages”built with the help of new technology.The first stage is driven by digital transformation,promoting the open ecological integration and collaborative services of multiple institutions to achieve the coverage of“large-scale,low-cost and efficient”basic learning needs.Focusing on the practice of four educational carriers aiming at“workers,village officials,teachers and elders”,Guangzhou Open University has realized transformation and upgrading with the characteristics of“reducing burden,increasing efficiency,improving quality and innovating”.The second stage focuses on intelligent upgrading,driving the integration of intelligent functions and precision teaching of multiple platforms,so as to seek the supply of“people-oriented,accurate and high quality”superior learning services,and construct model of the“Internet plus”new open university.
