摘要
桂滇黔民族地区民间体育赛事资源丰厚且价值多元,是助推乡村振兴的有效资源,其利益网络治理是乡村治理的重要组成部分,也是乡村振兴全面实现的重要环节。笔者对桂滇黔民族地区民间体育赛事治理的逻辑演进进行梳理,在此基础上,运用社会网络分析法,分析其利益网络构成要素及治理存在问题,并引入协同治理理论提出改善建议。研究认为,桂滇黔民族地区民间体育赛事利益网络凝聚性不高、中介角色缺失及等级性显著的特征突出;治理主体间联系不够紧密,赛事治理沟通不畅等问题明显,需从打造多元共治格局、搭建协同治理渠道、建立民众自治平台着手,以助力组织振兴、产业振兴、文化振兴。
Folk sporting events in the ethnic regions of Guangxi, Yunnan and Guizhou have abundant resources and multiple values,which are effective resources for promoting rural revitalization, and the management of their interest networks is an important part of rural governance and an important link in the overall realization of rural revitalization. The paper compares the logical evolution of the governance of folk sporting events in the ethnic regions of Guangxi, Yunnan and Guizhou. On this basis, it uses social network analysis to investigate the components of their interest networks and the problems of their governance, and introduces the theory of collaborative governance to make suggestions for improvement. The study concludes that the cohesiveness of the interest network of folk sporting events in the ethnic areas of Guangxi, Yunnan and Guizhou suffer from a low level of cohesion, a lack of intermediary roles and a significant hierarchy.The problems such as insufficient connection among governance subjects and poor communication in the event governance are obvious. It is necessary to start with the creation of a multi-faceted governance pattern, the construction of collaborative governance channels and the establishment of a platform for popular self-governance in order to help revitalize organizations, industries and cultures.
