基于可编程逻辑控制的东华加速器辐射监测安全联锁门禁初步设计

摘要 为保证人员能够安全出入东华加速器辐射区域,避免发生辐射伤害事故,根据东华加速器建设规划,通过可编程逻辑控制PLC技术和模块化方法研究了一套辐射监测安全联锁门禁方案。以西门子PLC为联锁控制器,结合上位机软件监测,在一台MIB7.5-300小型电子感应加速器的运行场所进行X、γ辐射剂量监测和安全联锁门禁的模拟实验,验证了辐射安全联锁门禁初步设计的可行性与有效性。结果表明:该方案设计的辐射剂量监测系统可测辐射剂量区间远超东华加速器各厅及其墙外辐射最高剂量率范围;安全联锁门禁测试可行;方案有效可靠。该辐射监测安全联锁门禁方案适用于东华加速器运行场所,可为东华加速器辐射安全联锁门禁的深入研究和应用提供方法基础和技术保障。 In order to ensure that personnel can safely enter and exit the radiation area of East China Accelerator and avoid radiation injury accidents,according to the construction plan of East China Accelerator,programmable logic control technology and modular method were used to study a set of radiation monitoring safety interlock access control scheme.Siemens PLC was used as the interlocking controller,combined with the monitoring of the host computer software,and the simulation experiment of X andγradiation dose monitoring and safety interlocking access control were carried out in the operating place of a MIB 7.5-300 small electronic induction accelerator to verify feasibility and effectiveness of preliminary design of interlocking access control.The results show that the radiation dose monitoring system designed in the scheme can measure the radiation dose range far beyond the maximum radiation dose rate range of each hall of the East China Accelerator and its outer walls;the safety of interlock access control test is feasible;the scheme is effective and reliable.It is concluded that the radiation monitoring safety interlocking access control scheme is suitable for the operation site of East China Accelerator,and it can provide method basis and technical support for the in-depth research and application of radiation safety interlocking access control of East China Accelerator.
