摘要
高能同步辐射光源是由中国科学院高能物理研究所承建的第四代同步辐射光源,电子能量为6GeV,发射度0.06~0.1nm·rad。为了保证人员的安全,将光源分为四个控制区域,并基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)进行了高能同步辐射光源人身安全联锁系统的设计,避免人员误入产生瞬发辐射的控制区,避免人员滞留控制区时加速器产生瞬发辐射,避免控制区内的辐射不经控制的向外扩散。系统以可编程控制器(PLC)为核心,各硬件系统之间采用硬连接的方式通讯,联锁逻辑由PLC处理完成。上位机监测由EPICS软件系统实现,PLC通过以太网与EPICS通讯。
In order to guarantee the safety of personnel,a set of personal protection interlocking system has been designed for HEPS based on programmable logic controller(PLC).The HEPS will be divided into four control regions to avoid personnel straying into the control area that produces instant radiation,avoid accelerator producing instant radiation when personnel stay in the control area,and prevent radiation in the control area spreading out uncontrolled.PLC is the core of the interlocking system,and the interlocking logic is also processed by it.Communication between hardware systems adopts the way of hard connection.The upper computer monitoring is realized by EPICS software system,which communicates with PLC through Ethernet.
