基于成果导向教育理念的小组学习法在健康评估教学中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念的小组学习法在健康评估课程教学中的应用效果。方法随机将2020级护理专业两个班122名学生设为对照组,采用传统教学法;另外两个班120名学生设为观察组,实施基于OBE理念的小组学习法。学期结束后比较两组期末综合成绩、学生教学满意度及自主学习能力。结果观察组理论考试成绩、实训考核成绩、教学满意度及自主学习能力均优于对照组。结论基于OBE理念的小组学习法在健康评估课程中的应用可提高教学效果,培养学生自主学习能力。 Objective To explore the application effect of group learning method based on Outcome Based Education(OBE)in the teaching of health assessment course.Met hods 122 students from two classes of nursing major in 2020 were randomly selected as the control group,and the traditional teaching method was adopted.The other two classes of 120 students were set as the observation group,and the group learning method based on the OBE was implemented.After the end of the semester,the final comprehensive scores,students’teaching satisfaction and self-learning ability were compared between the two groups.Results The teaching satisfaction and self-learning ability of the observation group were better than those of the control group.Conclusion The application of group learning method based on OBE in health assessment course can improve the teaching effect and cultivate students’self-learning ability.
