摘要
面向中小学教师开展混合研究,挖掘影响教师数据素养发展的主要因素。基于质性分析结果,初步将数据文化、数据协作、系统特征、工具性支持确立为中小学教师数据素养的影响因素,结合文献梳理结果,构建中小学教师数据素养的影响因素假设模型,并通过实证研究对其进行检验。研究发现:数据文化、数据协作、系统特征可正向影响教师数据素养;工具性支持可正向影响数据文化、数据协作、系统特征;数据协作在数据素养的培育过程中扮演着重要的中介角色。基于此,提出中小学教师数据素养的提升路径:塑造学校数据文化,培育中小学教师使用数据的循证实践特质;构建中小学教师数据使用协作网络,建立教师数据素养发展共同体;营造“数据驱动型学校”,优化教育数据应用平台的系统特征。
A mixed study of primary and secondary school teachers was conducted to explore the main factors affecting the development of teachers’ data literacy. Based on the qualitative analysis results, this research initially established data culture, data collaboration, system characteristics, and instrumental support as the influencing factors of school teachers’ data literacy. Combined with the results of literature review, a hypothesis model of the influencing factors of school teachers’ data literacy was constructed and tested through empirical research. The research found that data culture, data collaboration, and system characteristics can positively influence teachers’ data literacy;instrumental support can positively influence data culture, data collaboration, and system characteristics;data collaboration plays an important intermediary role in the cultivation of data literacy. Based these findings, this paper proposed paths to improve the data literacy of school teachers: shaping school data culture and cultivating the evidence-based practice characteristics of school teachers’ data use;building a collaborative network for school teachers’ data use, and establishing a community for the development of teachers’ data literacy;creating a“data-driven school”and optimizing the system characteristics of the educational data application platform.
