摘要
从系统工程的角度出发,以“信息技术+人才”为载体,构建人才计划分配体系的系统模型,对人才管理与智能分析系统的实现路径进行研究。人类是不断变化发展的,而且各种变化是相互关联的,形成了一个不断发展演化的管理系统。人才的培养和开发与社会经济发展、科学技术进步有着错综复杂的联系,有互相推动的作用。人才计划分配系统通过定性到定量的综合集成方法,把控高潜力、高绩效人才的基本模型,科学预测人才的发展趋势,为制定人才计划的宏观政策提供重要依据。
From the point of view of system engineering, taking “information technology +talents” as the carrier, the system model of talent plan distribution system is constructed, and the realization path of talent management and intelligent analysis system is studied. Human beings are constantly changing and developing, and all kinds of changes are interrelated, forming a constantly evolving management system. The cultivation and development of talents are closely related to the development of social economy and the progress of science and technology. Through qualitative and quantitative integrated methods, the talent plan distribution system can make the basic model of high-potential and high-performance talents, predict the development trend of talents scientifically, and provides important basis for the macro policy of talent plan.
