摘要
为了提高矿震定位精度,保证算法能快速收敛且具有较强鲁棒性,提出了一种基于改进非线性海鸥算法的矿震定位算法(Robust Difference Seagull Optimization Algorithm,RD-SOA)。该算法首先计算差值矩阵,提出采用稳健差值法作为目标函数,其次基于海鸥算法,提出非线性惯性权重,最后通过海鸥间相互作用求解震源点位置。通过模拟试验分析,当波速在-1%~1%、-3%~3%和-5%~5%的范围内浮动时,RD-SOA的定位精度均优于传统的非线性最小二乘法(Nonlinear Least Square,NLS)和Geiger定位法及改进前的SOA,相同情况下,RD-SOA比SOA的收敛速度提高了67%。通过柿竹园金属矿人工爆破数据进行对比分析,RD-SOA定位结果的绝对误差由原始SOA的13.7 m降低至3.8 m。对某煤矿的一次大能量矿震事件进行定位,震源位于采空区顶板上方38 m厚细砂岩层中,受开采影响导致工作面后方顶板断裂,为本次事件提供了能量源。
To improve the positioning accuracy of mine earthquakes and ensure the fast convergence and strong robustness of the positioning algorithm,this paper proposes a robust difference mine earthquake location algorithm based on inertial weight seagull algorithm(RD-SOA).First,the algorithm calculates the difference matrix of theoretical distance difference matrix and actual distance difference matrix and proposes the combination of difference matrix and robust estimation as the objective function.Then,it proposes the nonlinear inertia weight based on the seagull algorithm,and uses the concave shape for attenuation.Finally,the interaction between seagulls locates the source point position.Through simulation experimental analysis,the positioning accuracy of RD-SOA was better than the traditional NLS,Geiger and SOA algorithms when the wave velocity error floated in the range of-1%-1%,-3%-3%and-5%-5%.With the increase of wave velocity error,the mean square deviation of RD-SOA positioning results was the lowest and had better robustness.In the same case,compared with the original SOA the convergence speed was increased by 67%.Through the comparative analysis of the actual manual blasting data of the Shizhuyuan metal mine,the absolute error of RD-SOA positioning was reduced from 13.7 m of the original SOA to 3.8 m,and the positioning accuracy was increased by 72%.In locating a large energy mine earthquake event location from a coal mine,the positioning result was in the fine sandstone layer 38 m above the roof of the goaf.Due to the influence of mining,the energy of the roof above the goaf behind the working face was released,resulting in a fracture.It provided a large energy source for this high-energy mine earthquake event and led to this mine earthquake event.The positioning result of the large energy mine earthquake event was consistent with the actual situation.The results provide that RD-SOA has a good positioning effect and is practical for mine earthquake location.
