摘要 为促进邢东矿2号煤采空区顶板的及时垮落,在2129工作面开展了切顶卸压技术研究。在对比不同卸压方式的基础上,确定采用水力压裂切顶卸压。分析了水力压裂切顶的机理,通过理论计算,确定了注水压力、切顶高度、钻孔布置等水力压裂的主要参数。现场应用表明,2129工作面采用水力压裂切顶后,减少了周期来压步距和来压强度,巷道变形明显减小,煤壁片帮好转,取得了理想的卸压效果,可为类似条件下的坚硬顶板控制提供参考。 In order to promote the timely collapse of the roof in the goaf of No.2 Coal Seam in Xingdong Mine, the research on roof cutting and pressure relief technology was carried out in No.2129 Face. On the basis of comparing different pressure relief methods, hydraulic fracturing top cutting pressure relief was determined. The mechanism of hydraulic fracturing top cutting was analyzed. Through theoretical calculation, the main parameters of hydraulic fracturing such as water injection pressure, top cutting height and borehole layout were determined. The field application showed that after hydraulic fracturing roof cutting was adopted in No.2129 Face, the periodic pressure step and pressure intensity were reduced, the roadway deformation was significantly reduced, the coal wall slope was significantly improved, and the ideal pressure relief effect was achieved, which provided a reference for the control of hard roof under similar conditions.
