摘要
目的观察某妇幼保健院孕妇传染病指标检测结果。方法对射阳县妇幼保健院2021年1月-4月住院分娩及产前检查的孕妇410例进行传染病指标检测。结果410例中阳性37例(9.02%),其中HBsAg阳性30例(7.32%)、HCV-Ab阳性4例(0.98%),梅毒阳性3例(0.73%)。年龄19~24岁阳性3例(4.92%)、25~34岁阳性32例(10.63%)、35~43岁阳性2例(4.17%),各组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05);初中及以下文化程度孕妇阳性27例(16.07%),高于高中及以上者的10例(4.13%)(P<0.05);无固定职业人员阳性21例(19.63%),高于稳定职业的16例(7.88%)(P<0.05);未采取避孕措施、多次婚姻史、存在多个性侣、输血或血制品史阳性16例(18.39%),高于其余阳性21例(6.50%)(P<0.05)。结论孕妇产前传染病指标检测在预防艾滋病、梅毒和乙型肝炎母婴传播方面具有非常重要的价值,值得推广。
Objective To observe the detection results of infectious disease indexes of pregnant women in a maternal and child health hospital.Methods 410 pregnant women who were hospitalized for delivery and antenatal check-ups from Sheyang County Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January to April 2021 were tested for infectious disease indicators.Results Among 410 cases,37 cases were positive(9.02%),of which 30 cases were HBsAg positive(7.32%),4 cases were HCV-Ab positive(0.98%),3 cases were syphilis positive(0.73%). There were 3 positive cases(4.92%)aged 19~24 years old,32 positive cases(10.63%)aged 25~34 years old,2 positive cases aged 35~43 years old(4.17%),there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05);27 positive cases(16.07%)of pregnant women with junior high school education level and below were higher than 10 cases(4.13%)with high school education level and above(P<0.05);21 cases(19.63%)with no permanent occupation were positive and higher than stable occupations 16 16 cases(7.88%)(P<0.05);16 cases(18.39%)with no contraceptive measures,multiple marriage history,multiple sex partners,history of blood transfusion or blood products were higher than the remaining 21 cases(6.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Prenatal infectious disease index testing for pregnant women has very important diagnostic value in preventing mother-to-child transmission of AIDS,syphilis and hepatitis B. It provides strong support for the implementation of the mother-to-child blockade program and is worthy of promotion and popularization.
