摘要
目的 回顾性分析2019年1月—2022年3月永康市铁、锌、铜、镁、钙和铅元素水平在不同年龄段的变化趋势,为预防铅中毒和微量元素缺乏提供数据依据。方法 按照不同年龄段将79 145例样本分为6组,检测全血微量元素水平并进行分析。结果 永康地区5种必需元素各年龄组含量均值差异较小,铅元素相差较大,呈现“U”形分布,且自婴幼儿组至中年组男性铅元素均值和中毒率均高于女性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);本地区以钙、锌和铁缺乏为主,分别为28.81%、14.91%和7.42%,其中钙元素缺乏主要表现在婴幼儿组、锌和铁元素缺乏主要在自少年组后,铜和镁元素正常,铅元素中毒率较高,为2.27%,主要集中在婴幼儿组、少儿组、中年组和老年组。结论 永康地区婴幼儿阶段主要表现为钙元素缺乏,自少年阶段开始锌和铁元素缺乏率较高,铅元素中毒率高于周边地区,需要引起本地区临床关注。
Objective This paper aims to retrospectively analyze the changing trends of iron, zinc, copper, magnesium, calcium and lead levels in different age groups in Yongkang City from January 2019 to March 2022, so as to provide data basis for the prevention of lead poisoning and trace element deficiency. Methods According to different age groups, 79 145 samples were divided into 6 groups, and the levels of trace elements in whole blood were detected and analyzed. Results The mean content of the five essential elements in Yongkang area was relatively small, and the lead content was relatively different, showing a “U”-shaped distribution, and the mean lead and poisoning rate of males were higher than those of females from the infant group to the middle-aged group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);calcium, zinc and iron deficiencies were the main factors in this area, accounting for 28.81%, 14.91% and 7.42% respectively, among which calcium deficiency was mainly manifested in infants and young children, and zinc and iron deficiencies were mainly manifested in the juvenile group. The measured values of copper and magnesium in each group were normal. The lead poisoning rate was 2.27%, which was mainly concentrated in infants, children, middle aged and old aged groups. Conclusion Infants and young children in Yongkang area are mainly characterized by calcium deficiency. The deficiency rates of zinc and iron are relatively high since juvenile, and the lead poisoning rate is higher than that in surrounding areas, to which clinical attention needs be paid in this area.
