摘要
本文以胡椒环为原料,首先制备3,4-亚甲二氧基苯乙醇酸,接着以国内未见报道的氯化铜为催化剂氧化3,4-亚甲二氧基苯乙醇酸制得胡椒醛,然后以30%的双氧水为氧化剂,经过氧化得到芝麻酚。该合成方法工艺简单,反应条件温和,产品三步总收率为52.8%。
3,4-Dioxymethylene was prepared from 1,3-Benzodioxole.Heliotropin was prepared from 3,4-dioxymethylene by oxidation with CuCl_(2),then sesamol was synthesized from heliotropin by oxidation of 30%H_(2)O_(2).The method has several advantages,such as mild reaction condition,convenient operation and the total yield is 52.8%.
