摘要
目的评价健脾化痰通络方治疗女童单纯性乳房发育的临床疗效与安全性。方法回顾性分析2019年6月至2022年1月就诊于苏州市中医医院儿科生长发育专科门诊,诊断为单纯性乳房发育的女童90例,其中观察组50例予健脾化痰通络方干预治疗,对照组40例予临床随访,对比观察组和对照组的临床结局,并对健脾化痰通络方进行疗效与安全性评价。结果与对照组相比,观察组采用健脾化痰通络方干预随访期间有4例发展为中枢性性早熟,对照组有7例转化为中枢性性早熟;观察组经过治疗后,临床症状及体征均有改善,卵巢容积较治疗前有下降趋势(P<0.05),血清雌二醇与促黄体生成素呈现下降趋势(P<0.05),血清卵泡刺激素差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组在改善中医证候积分方面优势明显,并且未观察到明显的不良反应。结论采用健脾化痰通络方治疗女童单纯性乳房发育确有临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpi Huatan Tongluo recipe in the treatment of premature thelarche in girls.Methods A retrospective analysis was made in 90 girls who were diagnosed with premature thelarche in the pediatric growth and development clinic of our hospital from June 2019 to January 2022.Among them,50 cases in the treatment group were treated with Jianpi Huatan Tongluo recipe;40 cases in the control group were given clinical follow-up.The clinical outcomes of the treatment group and the control group were compared,and the efficacy and safety of Jianpi Huatan Tongluo recipe were evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,4 cases in the treatment group developed into central precocious puberty during the treatment with Jianpi Huatan Tongluo recipe and the follow-up,and 7 cases in the control group developed into central precocious puberty.After treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs of the treatment group were improved,the ovarian volume had a trend of decrease compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the serum estradiol and luteinizing hormone showed a trend of decrease(P<0.05),while the serum follicle stimulating hormone had no significant difference(P>0.05).The treatment group had obvious advantages in improving TCM syndrome scores,and no obvious adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion The use of Jianpi Huatan Tongluo recipe in the treatment of premature thelarche in girls is clinically effective,and it is worthy of clinical application.
