摘要
目的:系统评价中医药治疗女童单纯性乳房早发育(premature thelarche,PT)的有效性和安全性。方法:通过计算机检索中国生物医学数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普数据库(VIP)、PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library服务平台,搜集国内外所有关于中医药治疗女童单纯性乳房早发育的随机对照研究(randomized controlled trials,RCT)相关文献并进行Meta分析。分别以"乳房早发育""部分性性早熟""女童""中医药""Premature Thelarche""Traditional Chinese medicine""girls""randomized controlled trail"为主要检索词进行检索。结果:本研究共纳入文献20篇,受试者1300例。Meta分析结果显示:在有效率方面,中医药治疗女童单纯性乳房早发育的疗效明显高于未接受药物治疗的受试者,中药方剂和中成药疗效相当。此外,中医药治疗还可改善患儿中医证候积分。在生化指标方面,中医药治疗可降低卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)水平,而对黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、雌二醇(estradiol,E2)无显著影响。中医药治疗女童单纯性乳房早发育未发现严重不良反应。结论:中医药治疗女童单纯性乳房早发育安全、有效,能改善患儿中医证候,降低FSH水平。
Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety TCM in the treatment of premature thelarche(PT)in girls.Methods:All randomized controlled trials(RCTs)related to the treatment of simple PT in girls at home and abroad were collected and analyzed by searching CBM,CNKI,Wanfang data knowledge service platform,VIP database,PubMed,Web of science and Cochrane Library.The key words of"premature thelarche","partial precocious puberty""traditional Chinese medicine","girls"and"randomly controlled trail"in Chinese and English were searched respectively.Results:A total of 20 articles were included in this study,with 1,300 subjects.The results of Meta-analysis showed that in terms of total effective rate,the efficacy of TCM in the treatment of simple PT of girls was significantly higher than that of the subjects who did not receive drug treatment,and the curative effect of TCM formulas and Chinese patent medicine was similar.In addition,TCM treatment could also improve the TCM syndrome score of children.In terms of biochemical indicators,TCM treatment could reduce the level of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),but had no significant effect on luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2).No serious adverse reactions were found in the treatment of simple PT in girls with TCM.Conclusion:In terms of simple PT in girls,TCM is safe and effective,which can improve the TCM syndrome of children and reduce the level of FSH.
