摘要
癌毒病机理论是在传承国医大师周仲瑛教授癌毒学术思想基础上的中医肿瘤病机理论体系。癌毒病机理论认为,恶性淋巴瘤病位在脏腑、经络、皮肤等,主要涉及肝肾二脏,病性属本虚标实,核心病机为“痰毒蕴结、肝肾亏虚”,主要病理因素是虚、痰、毒;临证以“抗癌解毒、扶正祛邪”为治疗原则,常用治法包括化痰解毒、补益肝肾等。治疗重视分期论治,早期以祛邪抗癌为主,中期以扶正抗癌相结合,晚期以扶正为主,佐以祛邪抗癌。本文基于癌毒病机理论,提出恶性淋巴瘤核心病机“痰毒蕴结、肝肾亏虚”,结合临床验案,探讨其病机演变及相应的治法用药,为中医药治疗恶性淋巴瘤提供新思路。
Pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin is a theoretical system of cancer pathogenesis established on the basis of inheriting the academic thought of cancer toxin by Zhou Zhongying,a national TCM master.According to the pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin,malignant lymphoma is located in the viscera,meridians and skin,mainly involving the liver and kidney.The disease is characterized by deficiency in root and and excess in symptoms.The core pathogenesis is“accumulation of phlegm and toxin,deficiency of liver and kidney”,with deficiency,phlegm and toxin as pathological factors.Clinical diagnosis and treatment are focused on the principle of“anti-cancer and detoxification,invigorating the vital qi and dispelling pathogenic factors”,including reducing phlegm and detoxificating cancer toxin,and reinforcing liver and kidney.The therapy pays attention to the treatment by stages.In the early stage,eliminating pathogen to fight cancer is mainly used;in the middle stage,strengthening body resistance is combined with anti-cancer;in the late stage,strengthening vital qi is prior to eliminating pathogen and anti-cancer.In this article,based on pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin,the core pathogenesis of“accumulation of phlegm and toxin,deficiency of liver and kidney”was proposed,combined with a clinical case,the pathogenesis evolution and relevant treatment malignant lymphoma is discussed,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of malignant lymphoma with TCM.
