摘要
为提升健康监测平台的易扩展性,设计了基于物联网技术的智慧医院健康监测新平台。该平台通过引入GIRLS网关,解决不同的公共和私人网络对电子健康记录的互操作性。通过MARCIA(Applied Clinical Record Management)管理系统,有效管理病患临床信息记录和避免在增加新事件时修改系统结构,有效提升了所设计健康监测平台的易扩展性。最后,将所设计平台用于COVID-19感染情况监测。分析结果表明,MARCIA可将新的COVID-19的临床知识快速添加到平台用户的医疗健康可处理信息存储库中,而不需要更改其源代码。因此,所设计平台可实现新功能的实时添加。
To improve the scalability of health monitoring platform,a new smart hospital health monitoring platform based on Internet of Things technology is designed.The platform addresses the interoperability of electronic health records across different public and private networks by introducing the GIRLS Gateway.The Applied Clinical Record Management(MARCIA)system can effectively manage patient clinical information records and avoid modify the system structure when adding new events,which effectively improves the applicability of the designed health monitoring platform.Finally,the designed platform is used for COVID-19 infection monitoring.The results of the analysis show that MARCIA can quickly add new clinical knowledge of COVID-19 to users’repository of processable health information of the platform without changing its source code.Therefore,the designed platform can realize the real-time addition of new functions.
