临床研究参与式学习教学模式在麻醉科临床教学中的应用 被引量:2

Application of the CRP-L teaching mode in the clinical training of anesthesiology department

摘要 目的探讨临床研究参与式学习(clinical research participating learning,CRP-L)教学模式在麻醉科实习医师、住院医师及专科医师临床教学中的应用。方法建立CRP-L教学模式,选取2018至2020年在复旦大学附属中山医院麻醉科参加实习、住院医师规范化培训及专科医师规范化培训的麻醉科医生106名,其中82名参与过临床试验,24名未参与任何临床试验。以问卷调查的方式进行评价,包括参与临床试验的满意度、学习兴趣、临床科研思维的培养及临床知识的掌握4个方面。结果与未参与临床试验的医生组相比,参与临床试验的医生组对CRP-L教学模式更满意,认为此教学模式可激发学习兴趣、提高科研思维、有助于掌握临床知识。其中在参与临床试验的医生中,72名(87.80%)医生非常满意参与临床试验,70名(85.37%)认为此教学模式激发了学习兴趣,78名(95.12%)认为有助于临床科研思维的提高,75名(91.46%)认为可系统化地掌握临床相关知识。结论CRP-L教学模式在麻醉科实习医师、住院医师和专科医师中的应用,获得了较高的认可度,有助于提高临床科研思维能力和对临床知识的掌握。 Objective To explore the practice of clinical research participating learning(CRP-L)in the clinical training of anesthesiology department and its effectiveness in improving anesthesiologists’clinical scientific research ability.Methods A teaching mode of CRP-L was established.This study recruited interns,residents and specialists in the department of anesthesiology,Fudan University Zhongshan hospital from 2018to 2020.A total of 106 interns,residents and specialists were involved in this study,and 82 of them participated in clinical trials and 24 have not participated in any clinical trial.Questionnaires were used to evaluate the outcome of this teaching mode,including satisfaction of teaching mode,learning interests,clinical scientific research ability and systematized clinical knowledge.Results Compared with those who did not participate in clinical trials,interns,residents and specialists participating in clinical trials were more satisfied with CRP-L teaching mode,and this teaching mode aroused their learning interest,cultivated scientific thinking and helped master clinical knowledge.Of the ones involved in clinical trials,72(87.7%)of the total were very satisfied with the participation of clinical trials,70(85.37%)said that this teaching mode inspired their learning interest,78(95.12%)thought it greatly contributed to their clinical scientific ability,and 75(91.46%)accepted that this teaching mode helped master relevant clinical knowledge.Conclusion The acceptance and recognition of CRP-L based teaching mode is relatively high in the clinical teaching of the Anesthesiology Department.CRP-L improved the clinical scientific ability and clinical knowledge of interns,residents and specialists.
