红外热成像技术在畜禽养殖中的应用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 随着我国畜禽养殖业规模化、集约化发展,畜禽健康检测成为亟待解决的问题。红外热成像技术具有高效、方便、无接触的特点,是畜禽智慧养殖中疫病诊断和健康监测的有效手段。本文针对红外热成像技术在畜禽养殖中的应用研究进展进行阐述,介绍了红外热成像技术工作原理,分析了环境温度、湿度、光照、风速和测试距离影响红外热成像测量精度的机理,详述了畜禽养殖过程中红外热成像技术在疫病检测、发情判断和应激评估三个方面的应用研究现状,红外热成像技术可以改善动物福利诊断,保护公共卫生,提高生产价值,应用前景广阔,但受环境温湿度、光照、距离、测温部位等多因素影响,成熟的模型较少,下一步需要研究人员在多种环境条件下,建立不同种类动物体表温度与直肠温度的普适性的温度补偿模型,构建的温度巡检系统,为畜禽健康检测提供重要技术支撑。 With the development of large-scale and intensive livestock and poultry breeding in China, the detection of livestock and poultry health has become an urgent problem to be solved. With the advantages of efficiency, convenience and non-contact, the infrared thermal imaging technology is an effective means of diagnosing diseases and monitoring health in intelligent livestock breeding. In this paper, the research progress in the application of infrared thermal imaging technology in livestock and poultry breeding was elaborated. The principle of infrared thermal imaging technology was introduced. The mechanism of the influence on the measurement accuracy of infrared thermal imaging was analyzed, such as ambient temperature, humidity,lighting, wind speed and testing distance. Moreover, the applications of the technology in the diagnosis of diseases, outbreak judgement and stress evaluation were studied in detail. The results indicated that the infrared imaging technology can improve animal welfare diagnosis, protect public health and increase production value,with a broad application prospect. However, mature models are limited due to the influence of ambient temperature and humidity, lighting, distance, and measured temperature location and etc. Researchers are expected to establish general temperature compensation models for the relationship between surface temperature and rectal temperature of different animal species under various environmental conditions, build temperature inspection systems and provide important technical support for livestock health detection.
