摘要
指出高职院校物流专业实践教学中存在设施不完善、教学内容适用性不强、教师指导能力不强等问题,提出构建基于产教融合的“三位一体”实践教学模式,介绍了实操性训练、虚拟仿真练习、生产性实训等不同实践教学形式的特点及适用实践项目,并分析了这三种形式的协调配合。最后提出通过创强合作载体、创新管理体制、创优实践内容、丰富实践形式、创建双导师队伍等措施来保障“三位一体”实践教学的效果。
This paper pointed out the problems in the practical teaching of logistics specialty in higher vocational colleges, such as imperfect facilities, poor applicability of the teaching content, and weak guidance ability of the teachers, etc, then proposed to build a threein-one practical teaching system based on the integration of production and education, introduced the characteristics of different forms of practical teaching such as on-the-job training, virtual simulation exercise and productive training, etc., as well as their desirable scenario of application, and analyzed the coordination of these three forms. Finally, it proposed to ensure the effect of three-in-one practical teaching mode by creating strong cooperation carriers, innovating management systems, creating good practice contents, enriching practice forms, and creating the two-tutor system, etc.
