摘要
目的:了解上海市≥35岁居民高血压与糖尿病共病患病率及影响因素,并为其防控提供参考。方法:基于2017年上海市≥35岁居民2型糖尿病流行病学调查数据,共纳入研究对象21 496人。计算基于复杂抽样加权的高血压与糖尿病共病的患病率,分析影响因素,并估计各因素人群归因危险度百分比。结果:2017年,上海市≥35岁居民高血压与糖尿病共病患病率为16.71%。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,年长者、男性、初中及以下文化程度、低人均月收入、糖尿病家族史、无体育锻炼、超重或肥胖、血脂异常均是高血压与糖尿病共病患病率的独立危险因素。结论:上海市≥35岁居民高血压与糖尿病共病患病率较高,应对年长者、男性、糖尿病家族史、超重或肥胖、血脂异常等重点人群加强健康管理,从而降低高血压和糖尿病患病率。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of the coexistence of hypertension and diabetes(HTN-DM) among residents aged over 35 years in Shanghai, and to provide evidence-based advice for the prevention of HTN-DM.METHODS A total of 21 496 subjects were recruited from a type 2 diabetes survey among Shanghai residents aged over 35 in 2017.The prevalence of HTN-DM was estimated by complex sampling weighting and the influencing factors were analyzed. Besides, population attributable risk proportion for each factor was estimated. RESULTS The prevalence of HTN-DM among Shanghai residents aged 35 years and older in 2017 was 16.71%. The multivariate logistic regression model showed that the elderly, males, under junior high school education, lower average monthly income, less physical activity, overweight or obesity, dyslipidemia, and a family history of diabetes were independent risk factors. CONCLUSION The prevalence of HTN-DM is high in Shanghai residents aged over 35years old. More attention should be paid to the elderly, males and people with a family history of diabetes. More measures should be taken to control overweight and dyslipidemia.
