摘要
随着经济的快速发展,人民的物质文化生活水平得到不断提高,人们对住房已不仅仅满足于居住的功能,对其舒适性有了更高的要求。而工程科技含量的提高,一些先进的材料和技术应用到工程施工中,有效改善了人们的居住环境。一体板是保温装饰工程中近年来较为流行的装修材料。鉴于此,以东李商圈改造二期10–3–2地块项目(金水云麓)商业住宅建筑施工实际情况为例,探讨了外墙保温装饰一体板的特征,并对该工程外墙保温装饰工程中的一体板施工技术要点进行了探讨与分析,旨在提升该类工程的施工效果。
With the rapid economic development,people’s material and cultural living standards have been continuously improved.People have not only satisfied with the function of living,but also have higher requirements for their comfort.With the improvement of engineering technology content,some advanced materials and technologies have been applied to engineering construction,which has effectively improved people’s living environment.Integrated board is a more popular decoration material in thermal insulation decoration engineering in recent years.In view of this,this paper takes the actual construction situation of commercial residential buildings in the 10–3–2 plot project(Jinshui Yunlu)in the second phase of the renovation of Dongli business district as an example,discusses the characteristics of the integrated board for external wall insulation and decoration,and discusses the characteristics of the external wall insulation and decoration integrated board.The main points of the integrated board construction technology in the wall insulation decoration project are discussed and analyzed,in order to improve the construction effect of this type of project.
