摘要
大型水利工程库区清漂是常态任务。当前,三峡、丹江口等大型水利工程清漂主要利用人力船只在水面分散作业。大型工程漂浮物量大,水面环境复杂多变,人工打捞转运上岸各环节独立,管理困难,而且清漂措施对漂浮物运移规律适应不足,难以形成长期稳定效果。依据漂浮物特性规律发挥河道水力作用因势利导,水力一体拦导集收治理漂浮物,可避免在工程关键部位集漂清漂,减少人力机械操作,有利于提高安全性、实用性,解决大型河道型水库治漂短板难题。
Cleaning the floating debris in reservoir of large water conservancy projects is a normal task.At present,the cleaning in large projects such as the Three Gorges and Danjiangkou reservoirs mainly relies on manpower and boats on the water surface.The cleaning result is hardly long-lasting or stable because of large amount of floating debris,complex and changeable environment,and independent links of manual refloatation and transfer,and more importantly,the cleaning method does not adapt to the transport regularities of floating debris.In view of this,to make best use of the circumstances,we propose an integrated method involving blocking,hydraulic diversion,and collection of floating debris by giving full play of the river’s hydraulic characteristics.The method avoids the collection of floating debris at key parts of the project,reduces the operation of manpower and mechanical operation,improves safety and practicability,and is expected to resolve the problem of floating debris in large rivertype reservoirs.
