多媒体+思维导图+问题导向教学法在手术室护理实习生培训中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨多媒体+思维导图+问题导向教学法(PBL)培训模式在手术室护生操作培训中的应用。方法选取2021年8月至2022年1月南昌市第一医院60名实习护生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将实习护生分为试验组(30名)和对照组(30名)。试验组和对照组均按照《2021手术室实践指南》实施操作技术教学。试验组在规范技术操作规程上,使用多媒体+思维导图+PBL培训模式,比较两组理论知识成绩、操作技能成绩、自我学习评估表测试以及个案操作实践考核成绩。结果教学后,试验组实习护生的理论知识成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组实习护生的操作技能成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组实习护生的自主学习能力测评量成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组实习护生的个案操作实践成绩于高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用多媒体+思维导图+问题导向教学法可以调动护生自主学习能力及自我效能感,结合理论与操作技能考核,提高护生理论知识、规范操作流程规范、学习能力。 Objective To explore the application of multimedia+mind mapping+problem based learning(PBL)in the training of nursing interns in operating room.Methods A total of 60 nursing students in Nanchang First Hospital from August 2021 to January 2022 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)by random number table method.The experimental group and control group were all taught operating techniques according to the 2021 Operating Room Practice Guide.In the experimental group,multimedia+mind map+PBL training mode was used to standardize technical operation procedures.The theoretical knowledge scores,operational skills scores,self-learning assessment form tests and case operation practice tests were compared between the two groups.Results After teaching,the theoretical knowledge score of practice nursing students in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of practice performance of nursing students in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of independent learning ability assessment of nursing students in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of case operation practice of nursing students in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of multimedia+mind mapping+PBL can mobilize the autonomous learning ability and self-efficacy of nursing students,and improve their theoretical knowledge,standardize the operation process and learning ability by combining theoretical and operational skills assessment.
