摘要
目的分析复发性老年性阴道炎和尿道炎患者采用普罗雌烯治疗的临床效果。方法选取86例复发性老年性阴道炎和尿道炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组43例。对照组采用康妇凝胶治疗,试验组采用普罗雌烯治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状改善情况、性激素水平及不良反应发生率。结果试验组的总有效率93.02%高于对照组的74.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组症状改善时间短于对照组,性激素水平改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复发性老年性阴道炎和尿道炎患者给予普罗雌烯治疗效果显著,预后良好,可推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of proestradiene on recurrent senile vaginitis and urethritis.Methods 86 patients with recurrent senile vaginitis and urethritis were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kangfu gel and the experimental group was treated with proestradiene.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,hormone levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 93.02%higher than that of control group(74.42%),and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The symptom improvement time of experimental group was shorter than that of control group,and the improvement of hormone level was better than that of control group,with statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).There was no significant diff erence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Proestradiene is eff ective on recurrent senile vaginitis and urethritis in patients,the prognosis is good and can be generalized.
