摘要
消防救援装备水平的高低是体现一支队伍战斗力强弱的重要标志之一,它不仅对消防战斗、技术和作战形态有着直接影响,而且对灭火救援行动的效能起着关键作用。作为应急救援的主力军和国家队,面对“全灾种、大应急”的新形势、新任务、新要求,消防救援队伍现阶段使用的消防救援装备在某些突发性自然灾害如地震、洪涝、山体滑坡等救援任务中已无法满足救援需求。因此,提升消防救援装备水平是提高快速反应、攻坚作战能力和履行好职责使命的迫切需要。列举现阶段消防救援装备存在的问题与不足,并进行原因分析,进而提出相应对策,以期为相关工作的开展提供一定参考。
The level of fire rescue equipment is one of the important signs of the strength of a team,it not only has a direct impact on firefighting,technology and combat form,but also plays a key role in the effectiveness of firefighting and rescue operations.As the main force of emergency rescue and national team,in the face of"full disaster,big emergency"new situation,new tasks,new requirements,the fire rescue team at this stage of the use of fire rescue equipment in some sudden natural disasters such as earthquakes,floods,landslides and other rescue tasks have been unable to meet the rescue needs.Therefore,enhance the level of fire rescue equipment is to improve the rapid response,the ability to attack and perform the mission of the urgent need.List the problems and shortcomings of the current stage of fire rescue equipment,and analysis of the reasons,and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide some reference for the development of related work.
