摘要
航空发动机的通用质量特性监管工作是提升产品质量、保障航空装备作战能力和产业健康发展的必由之路。确定了航空发动机通用质量特性的工作方案、组织架构和监管要求、工作项目核查要点和工作能力评价方法,并提出了“尽早规划、严格审核、及时整改”的具体监管建议,可以有效地指导航空发动机通用质量特性工作的开展。
The supervision of general quality characteristics of aeroengines is the essential way to improve product quality and ensure the operational capability of aeronautic equipment and the healthy development of the industry.The work plan,organizational structure and regulatory requirement,key points for work project verification and work ability evaluation method of aeroengines general quality characteristics are determined.The specific supervision suggestions of“early planning,strict review,and timely rectification”are summarized and proposed,which can effectively guide the development of general quality characteristics of aeroengines.
