摘要
结合交通工程专业认证要求,以学生为中心和学习结果为导向,对交通管理与控制课程教学改革进行了探索。首先,在毕业要求指标点和课程矩阵的基础上,确定课程教学目标和思政教育目标;在此基础上,对专业知识点和思政元素进行了梳理和凝练;创新教学设计与教学方法,将思政如盐入水地融入专业知识;注重过程考核,构建多元化教学考核评价体系。教学改革实践从2017级学生开始实施,利用目标达成度分别对2017级、2018级两届课程教学进行评价,并提出持续改进意见,结果表明,本课程所进行的教学改革探索有一定的效果。
According to the requirements of traffic engineering professional certification, taking students as the center and learning results as the guide, the teaching reform of traffic management and control course is explored. Firstly, on the basis of graduation requirement indexes and curriculum matrix,the curriculum teaching objectives and ideological and political education objectives are determined. Based on it, the professional knowledge points and ideological and political elements are combed and condensed. The teaching design and teaching methods are innovated and ideological and political education is integrated into professional knowledge. Pay attention to the process assessment, and the diversified teaching assessment and evaluation system is built. The teaching reform practice was implemented from students of grade 2017. The goal achievement degree was used to evaluate the teaching of grade 2017 and grade 2018 courses and put forward suggestions for continuous improvement. The results show that the teaching reform of this course has certain effect.
