摘要
乡村是天然的劳动场所及实践基地,可以有效激发大学生的劳动兴趣,让大学生在劳动中接受教育,激发其为乡村建设做贡献的自主意识。通过前测数据与后测数据对比的形式,可以从大学生的社会责任感、自我价值感和学习投入三方面研究高校乡村振兴项目对大学生劳动实践教育的影响。研究结果显示,高校乡村振兴项目对大学生劳动实践教育具有明显的干预促进作用。高校在为大学生提供乡村振兴项目的同时,应通过广播宣传、会议宣讲、班会、校内报纸和板报等形式提高大学生对劳动实践的认知,激发大学生主动参与高校乡村振兴项目的热情。
As the natural labor site and practice base, villages can effectively stimulate the labor interest of college students, educate students in labor, and stimulate their independent consciousness of village contribution. Through the comparison of data before and after intervention, the study analyzes the influence of rural revitalization project on labor practice education of college students from social responsibility, self value and learning engagement. The results show that there is significant intervention and promotion function of rural revitalization project on labor practice education of college students. While providing rural revitalization project, colleges should improve college students’ the perception of labor practice through broadcast publicity, meeting preach, class meeting, school newspaper and blackboard newspaper, etc., and stimulate college students’ enthusiasm of active participation in rural revitalization project.
