摘要
扬州众创空间已经成为区域经济提质转型的新引擎,但是仍然存在运营成本高、集聚效应弱、投融资力度不够、发展不均衡等问题,基于此,提出四种新发展模式:扬州优势产业模式、"小而新"科创项目模式、上市公司"旗手"模式、高校众创空间模式,并提出提质增效的发展策略:探索"创长制"、推进集聚化发展打造国家级高地、创设共建共享联盟、经营链服务外包和强化人才保障。
Yangzhou maker space has become a new engine for regional economic quality improvement and transformation,but there still exist problems such as high operating cost,weak agglomeration effect,insufficient investment and financing,and unbalanced development.This article proposes four new development modes,including Yangzhou dominant industry model,small and new science and technology innovation project mode,flag-bearer model of listed companies,college maker space mode.Meanwhile,it puts forward the development strategies of improving quality and efficiency,including exploring long-term innovative mechanism,promoting the concentrated development to create a national-level highland area,creating co-construction and sharing alliance,managing chain service outsourcing and strengthening talent guarantee system.
