摘要
新时代背景下,职业能力的内涵应注重以四个服务为核心的思想性、个人能力的综合性、以人为本的教育性。职业能力的发展逻辑要以承认实践性知识在职业教育中的合法地位为前提,回归行动范式的培养方式为核心,对技术知识进行重构为根本。面对新时代职业能力改革在教学、课程、评价体系等方面遇到的困难,应该有的放矢的进行专项改革,通过建立长期教学目标、打造专属职业课程、实行追踪评价标准等措施,以满足个人在未来职业生涯中的长期性发展和个体对未来职业的深度要求。
Under the background of the new era, the connotation training of professional ability should be focused on the ideological content with four services as the core, the comprehensiveness of individual ability and the people-oriented education.The logic of vocational development should be based on the recognition of the legal status of practical knowledge in vocational education, the return to the training mode of action paradigm as the core, and the fundamental reconstruction of technical knowledge. Facing the difficulties in teaching, curriculum, evaluation system and other aspects of vocational ability reform in the new era, special reforms should be carried out in a targeted manner, and measures such as establishing long-term teaching objectives, creating exclusive vocational courses and implementing tracking evaluation standards should be taken to meet the longterm development of individuals in their future careers and their deep requirements for future careers.
