摘要
目的分析中医药防治偏头痛的研究热点、发展现状及趋势。方法检索中国知网2002年1月至2021年12月发表在中文科技核心期刊上中医药防治偏头痛的文献,使用CiteSpace对作者、机构、关键词共现及突现词等进行分析。结果纳入文献794篇。初步形成以梁繁荣-赵凌等为核心的研究团队,但研究团队、机构间合作极少。研究机构以中医药大学及其附属医院为主。该领域时间跨度最大,持续保持热度的研究热点为针灸。该领域研究热点主要集中在机制研究和临床研究。结论有关中医药防治偏头痛的研究发展趋势良好,研究热点主要集中于机制研究、临床研究等方面。图谱直观地介绍了中医学对偏头痛防治的研究概况,以期为该领域研究提供参考依据。
Objective To analyze the research hotspot,development status,and trend of traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of migraine.Methods Literatures on prevention and treatment of migraine with traditional Chinese medicine published in Chinese core journals of science and technology of China National Knowledge Infrastructure from January 2002 to December 2021 were retrieved,and authors,institutions,co-occurrence of keywords and salient words were analyzed using CiteSpace.Results A total of 794 literatures were included.A research team with Liang Fanrong-Zhao Ling as the core has been formed,but there was very little cooperation between the research team and institutions.The research institutions were mainly the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and its affiliated hospitals.The research hotspot with the longest span of time in this field and which continued to be hot was acupuncture and moxibustion.The research focus in this field mainly focused on mechanism research and clinical research.Conclusion The research on the prevention and treatment of migraine by traditional Chinese medicine has a good development trend,and the research hotspots mainly focus on the mechanism research and clinical research.The atlas intuitively introduces the general situation of traditional Chinese medicine research on the prevention and treatment of migraine,in order to provide reference for the research in this field.
